Jihad R’Baiti is a young female leader in the area of Data Science & Analytics. Coming from a mixed European-North African background, Jihad has studied in one of France’s top Engineering schools, and worked for the global leader in IT solutions for the travel industry – Amadeus – to then join the Data Science & Analytics organisation of Procter & Gamble, another leading company, this time in the FMCG industry. There she has developed and applied analytics to broad topics: from marketing to sales, from the supply networks to manufacturing and purchases.
Recently Jihad has relocated from Brussels to Cairo, where she has started an Analytics group in the regional P&G Office: developing local talents and capabilities in the field and building the organisation to support the exploding needs in analytics and the next digital transformation in P&G’s supply chain.
